Xtreme Fighting Championships returns to Tennessee for XFC 17 & 18

Xtreme Fighting Championships - XFCTennessee has become a home-away-from-home for the Xtreme Fighting Championships.

XFC held the first professional mixed martial arts event in Tennessee in February 2009. That card featured former University of Tennessee football player turned mixed martial artist Ovince St. Preux.

XFC officials confirmed that their next two events will also be held in Tennessee. XFC 17 Apocalypse goes down on April 13th from the Oman Arena in Jackson while XFC 18 is slated for June 22nd at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium. Felice Herrig and Nick Newell are two fighters who are expected to be part of the upcoming cards.

This will mark three consecutive events in “The Volunteer State” with the addition of the rapidly approaching XFC 16 High Stakes on February 10th in Knoxville. Highlighting this event is a highly anticipated lightweight clash between Jaime Varner and Drew Fickett.
