he United States Mixed Martial Arts Federation (UMMAF) is responsible for overseeing the 2015 IMMAF World Championships of Amateur MMA in UFC® International Fight Week, under the regulation of the Nevada State Athletic Commission. The competition returns to Las Vegas for its second year and takes place from 6 to 11 July, culminating at the UFC® Fan Expo; and will be broadcast live on UFC FIGHT PASS.
UMMAF is the exclusive representative for the USA under the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF), responsible for the governance of Amateur MMA under the rules of state athletic commissions. As part of its remit, the organisation will oversee IMMAF international officials working on the event.
In its capacity as a national federation, UMMAF will also be qualifying athletes for the USA team at the UMMAF USA National Championships of Amateur MMA from 7 – 9 May 2015 in St. Louis, Missouri (USA). For more information please visit: http://usammakif.org/nationals/
