bellator 75 heavyweights prindle vs santosBellator 75 showcases the quarterfinal fights of the Season 7 heavyweight tournament on Friday, October 5th.

Bellator 75 is headlined by a rematch between Season 5 tournament winner Eric Prindle and rival Thiago Santos. Let’s hope they can finally finish what they started inside the Bellator cage after a series of failed starts over the last year.

Prindle and Santos initially met in the finals at Bellator 59 but the bout was ruled a “No Contest” after Santos delivered what was ruled an accidental kick to the groin of Prindle in the first round. The heavyweights were set rematch at Bellator 61 but the fight was postponed a week to Bellator 62 after Prindle suffered flu-like symptoms. However, that fight would never take place because Santos failed to make weight for the fight which resulted in Prindle being declared the tournament winner.

Bellator 75 takes place from The Venue at the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana. The preliminary card will be stream free online at beginning at 6:00pm ET. The main card will be televised live on MTV 2 and EPIX HD at 8:00pm ET.
